About 20min walk to the station, which can seem long when you are tired. But we loved the place❤️

Clean and pretty. View of city and hills. Good welcome and instructions. Easy walk to train station 15 mins - easy to get to Cinque Terre. 10 min walk to large supermarket. Free parking outside on street. Comfortable. Well-stocked kitchen.

Small kitchen - hard to store food while cooking. Only one toilet.

It is just 5-10 min by bus from the historic centre or train station where you can get to Chinque Terre in 5-10 min train. Flat is great, there was everything we needed including cooking ware, dishes, kids stuff, etc. Hosts are super nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

The place is perfect. If booking had a rating of 12, I would give it a 12. The apartment is sunny, with its own design. Everything is very comfortable for both short and long stays. Exceptional cleanliness. One of the things I care about is cleanliness and bath towels. Friendly hosts. They welcomed us. They accommodated us. Very precise instructions to find the place and self check in . They gave us useful information about places to eat, guided us how to book tickets for Cinque terre. You are exceptional! Thank you!

A beautiful two room apartment on the fourth floor; there is a lift. Good bathroom with shower. Matteo met us to hand over the keys and he is able to provide advice regarding local restaurants and visits in the area including the Cinque Terre. It is about a 15 minute walk to La Spezia station and just five minutes walk to Spezia football stadium. I don't think I have ever slept in a more comfortable bed.

The Host Matteo is very friendly considerate and helpful. The location of the house is very convenient, 500 meter to the supermarket coop and 15 min on foot to the La Spezia central Station for hiking in Cinque Terra.

Beautiful new and clean apartment!

Not sure about the area at night.. But good because 15 minutes walking to the train station and 20 minutes walking to the centre. I just didn't like to walk back home at night but was a personal feeling.

From meeting the owners Matteo and Andrea they made us feel very welcome and quickly checked us into the apartment as soon as we entered it was beautiful spacious and clean. It’s in a great location on the doorstep to the cinque terre great value for money we will definitely stay again.
