Contemporary apartment featuring exceptionally comfortable beds, two terraces, reliable wifi (a rarity to find), air conditioning, effortless key collection and return process, quiet neighborhood, and a designated parking spot. Highly recommended.

Distance to beach (but not a deal breaker since we spent whole day in Kamenjak etc.)
