Η ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΤΟ ΚΑΤΑΛΥΜΑ

Un lieu isolé mais paradisiaque. Une vue depuis la chambre (et du lit au réveil ! ) sur la mer et les îles Paximadia extraordinaire. Toutes commodités. Le petit plus: la douche extérieure (il n'y en a pas à l'intérieur mais une baignoire qui permet de prendre un bain face à la mer...). Aucun vis à vis. Une des plus belles piscines que j'ai eu l'occasion de pratiquer: en surplomb de la mer ! Petit déjeuner au top portés par les hôtes (mais pas avant 9h 9h30): verre de raki (à jeun...),fruits et légumes frais, toasts, pain et miel... Tout préparé maison. Des hôtes parfaits disponibles, prévenants et très sympathiques. Isolé mais une très belle petite plage sur plateforme rocheuse à 7 min à pied et quelques tavernes à une dizaine de minutes en voiture (agios pavlos à l'ouest ou agios georgios à l'est).

Perfect place for a perfect vacation

Breathtaking view, tastefully decorated room, touch of luxury, warm staff.

Both Einat and Rafael were wonderful hosts, with a warm welcome and an equally warm farewell, and also good care in the meantime :) The houses are beautiful, with amazing view and some interesting architectural solutions (like bathtub in bedroom/living room - suprisingly luxurious ) Outdoor shower was a nice touch in this weather (28-30 degrees Celsius ) Exceptional breakfasts! Swimming pool is astonishing, with truly breathtaking view of the sea (and I've run out of adjectives to describe stargazing on our terrace on comfy beanie sofas....)

This place has so much potential!! Amazing location with gorgeous views from the room. A very nice pool with a view. We tried the breakfast and it was nice too.

The rooms were rather far from the parking with an uphill and graveled path, so we decided to leave the suitcases in the car. There was no furniture on the terrace to be able to enjoy it, and moreover the terrace was extremely hot and the location and structure of the building made it so exposed that we couldn’t keep the windows open even in the morning or evening for the heat. The AC worked really well though. Even as a new establishment, some structures and furnitures were already worn out and strange, paint seeing through or chipping off, and therefore the experience didn’t feel qualitative. The only place to sit was on the bed or on two uncomfortable small chairs. The glass wall shower/ bath is exposed to the next door villa which made the experience less private. Communication was always kind and enthusiastic but a bit confusing with messages from two different people via different applications, with contradicting information.

The quiet, the view, the stars, the beautiful room, the outdoor shower and the wonderful warm welcome. Great breakfast aswell
