EDEN VALLEY

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Стиль виллы потрясающий, живописное расположение среди рисовых полей. Убирали каждый день, большая гостиная зона и кухня со всем необходимым и даже больше 😄 Отдыхали большой компанией из 8 человек и все остались очень довольны. Хозяева гостеприимны, всегда быстро откликались на наши просьбы и решали возникшие проблемы☺️ Большое спасибо за наш отдых!

Las personas encargadas del alojamiento fueron encantadores. La Villa es muy bonita.

El baño principal está lleno de moho debido a la humedad. Pero sin duda lo que menos me gustó es que me engañasen, cuando reservé la villa se incluía un masaje de 30 minutos por persona que nunca recibimos. A pesar de que lo solicitamos varias veces, nos dijeron que esa opción la habían quitado hace tiempo. Algo muy indecente pues en nuestra reserva lo incluía.

The A/C didn’t work.

Loved the villa layout and the cute boho decor. Pool was so nice even though it's small... it was perfect for cooling down when it gets hot in the afternoon. The Manager was a sweet Balinese lady. She was so helpful ... even a few days before arriving she reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and an early check in since the other guests had left earlier. Villa was cleaned daily and well maintained daily. The manager was really responsive to help with any requests. It's a quiet area which is really nice if you want to be out of the hustle of town with only a 10 min drive to the center.

Upon arriving, we noticed clothing and personal items in the closets and drawers. It seemed a bit strange. There was a French woman with curly hair who greeted us with the manager. She said that she was going to be living there and had her stuff in the closet. It seemed weird to me, but I decided to let it go. Later, the French woman asked to come to our villa to check on something. After her visit, she sent me aggressive messages. She was angry that we had used some of her personal items in the communal area. We didn't realize they were her things as well. I guess her personal items are cluttered all over the villa and bedrooms. She also went into our rooms while we were gone and turned off our air conditioning. It felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional, and a violation of our privacy. We wanted to leave because we didn't know which items were hers and felt confused about what we could use... and her negative energy was uncomfortable. We decided to stay because we still liked the villa. We would have stayed an extra week but we didn't want to see the French woman again. The manager was very apologetic and brought us fresh coconuts to make up for the disturbance. We would love to come back again if we knew that there wasn't a person living there.

The overall layout was lovely, and the pool was great.

No Staff, no security. No safe. No towels when needed them. Hired a bike through them, broke down, Manager tried to blame us.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

We weren’t aware we were sharing the villa with other guests until we arrived
