Tīrība, komforts. Laikus tiek saņemta nepieciešamā informācija (tostarp par iespējām novietot auto). Ir viss nepieciešamais. Jūtams, ka viesis ir gaidīts.

Diemžēl bija jāiztiek bez TV skatīšanās, jo televizors pauda, ka tam neienākot signāls... Šo opciju varētu uzlabot - pirms viesa ierašanās pārliecināties, vai TV darbojas. Toties Wi-Fi darbojās labi, parole atstāta redzamā vietā.
