Great spacious room with warm floors

Good location, very clean, welcoming hosts, spacious rooms

WiFi could be improved, basically no soundproofing

Great stay! Felt welcomed and safe the entire time. I would definitly recommend to a solo traveller wanting to explore Seoul and Bukhansan National park areas- it is a great mix. The shower and bathrooms were communal but clean and not busy at all- just a different style.

It was a very nice place! It was near line 4 and it was relatively close to many places I wanted to go to in Seoul. If you come from Incheon airport, there’s a coach bus you can take from the airport to very near this place. Check it was easy as well and the room was cozy.

The guesthouse is located on a quiet neighborhood near Hansung univ exit 5, it also has a bus stop nearby. The single room is large enough for a solo traveller together with my 2 luggages. The staff responds fast thru kakaotalk and other messaging apps as well. The caretaker let me use the washing machine even though it was kinda late at night. The laundry machine has no dryer but there are hanging racks located on every floor and it fits well inside the room. Everything was clean and there are many cabinets and shelves where you can put your stuff, there are lots of hangers provided also.

Going to the property is kinda uphill so it would be difficult if you bring many luggages. The wifi in my room is kinda slow (only 5-10 mbps) but on the common room it was fast. The towels provided are small but two towels are allocated per day. The pillows are kinda hard but it was okay. Also, like some other guesthouses in Korea, there is no elevator inside and the stairs are kinda steep so carrying the luggages was somehow a struggle
