The staff is the best, extremely helpful!

The location in the medina is great and the staff is extremely helpful. It’s very easy to to get to know other travellers at the roof terrace. And even though I planned spontaneous everything was super well organised and the manager was always reachable. Very good experience.

The muezzin is very audible in the early morning, but I guess that’s part of the cultural experience ;-)

Great location in the middle of the medina. Clean, simple, shared accommodation. There is a basic kitchen.

There is no air conditioning or fan, so the room was hot and stuffy. The wifi is bad and often drops out, and there is little mobile service on the property. There are no lockers and little privacy. The location is not correct on booking.com, and the staff were not responsive during my arrival. I didn't see any staff for the rest of my stay - luckily I had no problems, but there should be someone to answer questions and address anything that might come up. Although of course this depends on the guests, while I was there, this was not a social hostel, just shared accommodation.

Todo impecable y tranquilo. Fue mi primera experiencia en este tipo de construcción y es realmente hermoso como se ve . Las personas que atienden muy amables, cordiales y siempre dispuestas a ayudar . Si tuviera que planear mi viaje de nuevo lo volvería a elegir . Muchas gracias.

You can smell the dust from the first step at the front door . The fauteuilles smelling bad .

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour l'emplacement idéal, le service impeccable et l'ambiance raffinée. Une adresse où l'on se sent comme chez soi, mais en mieux!
