Прекарахме чудесна семейна почивка. Хотелът е много чист и отлично поддържан. Персоналът беше любезен, усмихнат и винаги готов да помогне. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна, с голям избор за възрастни и деца. Басейните са просторни и чисти, а плажът е красив и добре организиран. Транспортът с лодка до плажа е интересен и приятен. Анимацията и вечерните програми бяха на добро ниво. С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново.

Не ми хареса, че резервирахме само 6 дни. Следващия път определено ще останем по-дълго!

The resort was very nice with lots of green and their food was perfect they have open buffet for kids as well and it was clean.

The staff were not friendly specially the ones from the reception they were so rough and the air condition were not working I have called them 6 times to come and fix it and went to ask from the reception two times then they came but the staff from the restaurant was amazing and very helpful.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable.

- The communal areas were extremely loud - our toddler was covering his ears even at check in. - The outside facilities are tired, with broken and rusted parts of children’s play areas - see photos. - The outside dining area was also tired, dirty and apparently reeks of cat urine (being a man I couldn’t smell it, but according to my wife it does). - Evening entertainment is extremely loud and can be heard inside rooms even with windows closed. Even once this ended it was replaced with drunk people attempting to find their rooms and generally screaming in the corridors until c.23:30. - We checked out after one night but were denied a refund for our remaining stay.
