It was very clean, friendly staff & attentive.

The rooms were very dark, the hotel was too hot & the aircon in room didn’t blow cold, no self service for hot water or milk, tea bags terrible, in door swimming pool was freezing, the Turkish bath prices were very expensive, buffet food not great, not much to do in the day time. The cleaners were really noisy early in the morning.

This is our second time at this hotel, we booked again for this year because of how much we enjoyed our stay last time, and it did not disappoint! The staff are incredible, Yusuf in guest relations was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh, we especially liked Dom Bistro for midday food, genuinely some of the best foods I've had in Turkey. The hotel I cannot fault, staff, cleanliness, food and facilities all five star, please don't change anything!

Super clean, great staff. You have food and drinks 24/7. Yousuf was of great help.

The food the quality could be better, I mean they have a huge verity but only a hand full taste good. But can’t complain at the price point
