1. Lovely courtyard with loads of seating options including couches, beanbags, dining tables, pool loungers, etc. 2. Onsite housekeeper availability for extra towels, garbage removal, etc. was value-added customer service. 3. Kitchen was well-provisioned, with full-size fridge and adequate stove/oven. 4. Balcony seating for breakfast and cocktails was lovely. 5. Plenty of parking (need a car or lots of taxis for this place!); the property had a nice view of the sea to the east; quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise. 6. Property manager was very responsive on WhatsApp with booking questions, tours, etc. 7. Plenty of restaurant options in Mesaria nearby and centrally located on the island for us to explore!

1. 26 steep steps up to our villa with no grip-able handrail (for the mobility-challenged). There are several other units that would not have had as many steps 2. Need to ensure you get a "dropped pin" prior to proceeding to property as it's difficult to find with Google maps. 3. If you're allergic to cats, you need to learn to swat the strays away!

Very clean and comfortable, close to town

Staff was great and really helpful. The property was really clean. It was a pleasure coming to greece as it was my first trip.

We liked the pool and the rooms. Nice facilities, comfortable beds. Yannis was very helpful and let us do a very late check in. We appreciate that. Nice and useful kitchen as well. The utensils and plates were clean, and the appliances worked well.

Some towels and bed sheets smelled a bit chlorinated or moldy like they didn't dry properly. The smell could therefore be a bit strong in the rooms. The kitchen could use a few more essentials, such as olive oil and baking paper.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect and also the ladies downstairs have been so kind with us.. we totally suggest this place.

Value for money. Much better to stay here than in busy touristic Oia and Fira where busses with tourists are being offloaded like a factory, and standing in front of your expensive bath tub sea view. Here its a Very nice and quiet location. We recommend to use own transport to avoid taxi cost and waiting time. We rented a Quad from port and dropped ourselves to the airport after the holiday break.

Definitely could use more dishes and especially pots and pans.
