Ostria View

It is very good location, we could walk everywhere for food, drinks, market shopping etc. There ia a beautiful beach in front of the house and the sea is perfect. Very calm and very clean. There is a really good restaurant just downstairs. House had everything that we needed. All rooms have air conditioners, everything was so clean and fresh. The house was much better than our expectation. There is a private terrace that you can enjoy the sunsets and the perfect view. You will be surprised when you see the view from home. We would definitely go back!

The best apartment with the best view,early morning sunrise well worth waking early

Wonderful location, just outside but not far from centre of town so that there wasn’t much noise or lots of people coming and going. It is right next to the water which is great. Katerina was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, the air conditioning works perfectly, the rooftop area is great.

The only thing I noticed was the water from the shower was very weak and smelt a bit off.

This was an exceptionally large apartment with a wonderful terrace looking over the sea. Katerina was there to meet us and left a welcome pack. She was also on hand if you needed advice or help. The walk to town was very easy taking around 10 mins with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The views from this property’s sun terrace were wonderful.

As part of a holiday, a house can act in three ways: integrate into the holiday, ruin it or be the holiday. Ostria View belongs to the third category: it is absolutely the holiday. The island of Kos offers many possibilities: history, beaches, towns, food and wine. Kardamena is an excellent reference point to discover the whole island; but when you return to Ostria View, very comfortable apartment, where you feel on the sea all times, its splendid, huge terrace gives you the most magical corner of the island. A fantastic 220 degree view, which includes Turkey and Nyssiros. Under the house an excellent restaurant, a beach bar and a comfortable walk to the seafront of Kardamena. The owners are very kind and caring, excellent cleaning. I highly recommend Ostria View for a stay in Kos.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with super views from all directions. We were holidaying with our 2 teenage daughters and since the apartment offers 2 bedrooms, it was a perfect fit for our family. The upper terrace has spectacular views and deck chairs and we enjoyed just sitting around and sunning ourselves up there. Located on the quiet end of the beach (which is a positive!) , a really easy 3 minute stroll to the hustle and bustle. Katerina is a welcoming host and thoughtfully stocked the fridge with water bottles, bread and cheese before our arrival in case we needed something to put in our mouths after our long journey. She was also very generous to allow us a late checkout since our flight out was late at night.
