La ubicación y el lugar es bueno

Tuve una mala experiencia con el personal, no fue cómodo el primer día porque estaba durmiendo y me despertaron a golpeando muy fuerte la entrada a las literas, adicionalmente, el día de salida tuvimos un inconveniente en el que nos enviaron mensajes tanto por whatsapp como por el chat de la aplicación Booking indicándonos que éramos ladrones y que teníamos que devolver algo que supuestamente nos habíamos robado, la verdad es una experiencia horrible y más cuando amenazan con tu reputación. Entiendo que fue un mal entendido, pero no es grato recibir este tipo de acusaciones y que nunca fueron justificadas

La ubicación es excelente cerca del angel y del consulado americano para la gente que va a hacer trámites de visa

No habían toallas suficientes, no eran claros con los paquetes ni las instrucciones y no eran nada amables

Good location. On a quiet street. Room was comfortable. The worker who checked me on was nice.

Some information should be made available beforehand, like the fact that there is no desk worker, meaning the guests have to call someone to come over for check-in. That’s fine, just let me know beforehand so I know what to expect. It was also unclear about where to leave the keys at checkout since there was no one on site.

It is a scam. I have had a reservation, arrived at 1am in the night in front of closed doors with 2 phone numbers. After several calls I could finally reach someone, I was told to wait longer. Then after 1h waiting in the dark alone on the street I receive a voice message telling me that they don't have space anymore...the host didn't seem to care about the fact that I did have a reservation. The host doesn't respond anymore and I still haven't got any refund. Finally I had to pay extra to get a taxi to another hostel where I had to book sth last minute which was obviously more expensive. This place should be taken off from booking.com
