Caithness Stone house

Location was an ideal starting point for sightseeing.

Suggest that improved instructions be provided for operation of both the stove and washing machine as settings are not self explanatory and to N. American travellers somewhat confusing.

The house was comfortable, bright and very clean and even the smaller of the two doubles on the first floor was a reasonable size. The host was very good at communicating and checking that everything was satisfactory. Parking outside was easy and it was a reasonable walk into town although uphill on the way back. Altogether, my brother and I were very satisfied with the accommodation.

I forgot to bring shower gel and shampoo which wasn't provided but this was not a big issue. There was, however, washing-up liquid, etc and plenty of loo roll which some places lack and was therefore appreciated.

Amazing views and walks along the cliff tops ,everything within walking distance . We didn't want to leave and just feel in love with wick and the home we were staying in .

The house was immaculate and had all the facilities, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge, freezer, the beds were super comfy and the reclining couches were a bonus after being out driving & walking around the area, host contactable and super helpful, we also used Morag's Cafe for Breakfasts before setting off for the day owned by Host which had an abundance of choice

Unfortunately the garden out back didn't get a lot of sun but that couldn't really be helped as I like to chill with a book as we were really lucky with the weather

Very clean, spacious. Nice view over harbour and out to see. Cliff top walks.

Wick is so run-down. The single bed was a bit lumpy.
