The excessive number of negative instructions. It made us feel as if we were potentially naughty children. I have travelled extensively and have never come across as many as we encountered at this property. Kitchen equipment was minimal as were disposable items - one rubbish bag, no foil etc.

CAReally cosy house, we really enjoyed it. It was very clean and tidy, well looked after.
NZLocation was very good. Had everything we needed. Exceptionally clean. Heating worked well when we needed it.
Unusual not to be able to use the BQue? More outdoor seating needed under their lovely umbrella. I am sure Santa will help out there in the future. They provided bean bags but as I had just had 2 knees replaced they were a no go but also not easy for older stayers.

Could have used a drier or undercover clothes line. We had wet weather. So had to dry inside.
