Blanc Rooms

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delivered every morning. There was a free coffee machine and tea to make.

The location is about 1.5 km from the centre and we were aware of it, but the neighborhood was dark and gave the sense of being unsecure. Last night of the stay there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We had to be very reasonable with the towels as we had less towels than our days of the stay. The window could not be opened nor window shadows, so the room was dark and lights had to be turn on during the day.

The room was nice and clean. The furniture is new and comfortable. We easily found a parking lot in front of the building. On the second day of our stay, we received a very nice breakfast.

We had minor problems with communication because we communicated with someone who only speaks Italian and it was very difficult and tiring. After that, a very kind woman contacted us on WhatsApp, with whom we easily arranged everything in English.

Positive: Rooms looked clean, let us leave our suitcases outside room in communial area due to late flight.

Negative: No meet and great, no tea, coffee, sugar condiments just an empty box and our fridge in our room was warm so milk kept going off. White bits in drinks due to kettle needing de-scaling. Half eaton packet of nibbles in fridge. No toilettes and one roll of toilet paper for a week which BnB you would think would be able to have a few. Shower grain was full so caused a water leak after first day. Could hear every little noise outside. CAMERA’S facing room doors and watches you when you move, made me feel uncomfortable, especially with friends coming in and out my room.

It was clean and tidy

The staff only spoke Italian, it takes a lot of time to receive an answer by their side. I had to be waiting until they decided my room for 30 minutes. The walls are so tiny that you can hear what is happening next door

The room was clean, the Tv seemed good (when it would get connection!).

Very disappointing. l had a single room, description said it was 20m2 but it was probably 8-10m2. This would have been ok if it wasn’t for the fact that you had to stand on the chair to open the window and once you do that it would look on a wall (not in a quiet street like advertised). Felt like being in a cell. l was allowed to check in early but l then had to chase them several times to get the codes to check in (no reception and you can only hope that someone replies to your messages) and l also had to chase them for the wifi info.

Apartment is newly furbished; the AC is reliable. Once we got direct help service contact, they we were helpful.

They were not able to issue invoice; only handwritten receipt that I cannot use for work trip documentation. Windows cannot be opened at all time. The description of equipment is not clear: there is common kitchen area for four rooms. No coffee maker is available, there is only kettle.
