Modern, great design, loved that bed, close to old town/harbour, valet parking, great all round. All the amenities, plus some quirky touches.

Real apartment living, albeit with lots of space. The stairs in one of the units take a bit of practice - not for older people! No balcony, but if you want access to the old town, by foot, it’s great. Area a little noisy (cars and sub-woofers!). Still impressive overall though.

The apartment is nicely designed, very well furnished with most of the things one needs on a holiday.

We lost the electricity all of a sudden, it was late in the night, so we had to wait for someone come and check it in the morning. We were in the total dark, it caused us a bit of discomfort, the situation was handled only later in the morning.

Great location, really pleasant, clean rooms and great staff. This was one of the nicest places I have stayed in Europe. The photos look too good to be true, but you will be amazed when you see it for yourself. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Chania.

The apartment is modern and super well projected and furnitured. It is well equipped with everything you need. The position is great and the host is super kind. He sent us useful suggestions about supermarkets and restaurants. Our experience with Urban Loft was superb and we recommend to everyone who wants to visit the city of Chania or Crete in general. P.S The design of the apartment is beautiful and 5 stars. I especially enjoyed the huge bathtub.
