Good safe easy location to walk about to see sights.

The check in was nightmare. Without a neighbor girl we would have had very bad check in.there was 63 steps up to apt.that was not revealed in booking.

No issues. Clean, comfortable, good location.

Good position, few minutes to everything, silence, birds, good comunication with host. Super.

Relais Lola was outstanding. The property is gorgeous, it feels like a vacation in an Italian villa -- great furnishings, tall windows letting in tons of light, comfortable beds, tucked away building. Entering was a breeze, instructions were very clear. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but the stairs are fairly wide. Hint: when you get into the foyer, find the light switch on the wall or else you'll be in the dark going up the first floor to the landing. The property is quiet, off the beaten path but close enough to walk to everything in Bologna. It's down a very narrow cobblestone road, so heads up for scooters etc., especially if you are walking with your luggage. Very spacious 2 BD/2BA with a tub. The bathroom with the shower only is better to shower, the water gets hot instantly. The ensuite bathroom takes longer to heat the water for tub/shower, but we boiled extra water on the stove and it worked out fine. Hostess very thoughtfully left snacks for the morning which was much appreciated. There are 2 coffee makers which are the kind you boil the coffee on the stovetop, so be aware of that. It can get a little chilly (we were there in February) in the afternoon and evenings. There are radiators but they just knock off the chill, don't really heat the rooms. But it was such a wonderful place to stay we put on sweaters. I would definitely come back again.

The toilet in the ensuite is VERY difficult to flush, maybe needs some lubricant to make it easier. :)

No breakfast included. Position in town was good enough. Rooms were spacious.

Electric power went off three times in two days and we were at third floor and no lift. Inside we have not found oil (at all) or sugar enough.

The apartment is very big and looks much better than in the pictures. It has two bathrooms, which is not specified in the description, which makes it perfect for 5 people (2 families). It has 2 bedrooms and a living room as well as the kitchen, which is quite large and equipped. The location is correctly specified in the description, you can reach the central area in about 10 minutes.

The sofa in the small bedroom creaks quite badly but is comfortable. In winter, it is quite cold in the apartment, being large, but you can turn on the air conditioning on the heat.

The apartment is with great location. The cleaness is remarkable.The host met all our needs. We highly recommended this property. Definitely will stay here next time in Bologna. Nearby there are some nice bars and local restaurants

It was a good location. The main square is a 10 minute walk. There is a park garage in the next street which was very helpful, because the parking in this city is terrible. The flat was very nice, with 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was very very well equipped, you can cook there everything if you want to. We could check in earlier than the avarage time.
