nothing at all. The property was very difficult to visit there is no Reception either

after waiting for 40mins we were handed a list of rules what not to do then we’re asked for 2000bht dep they said don’t dirty the unit or you will be charged for cleaning.The TV didn’t work had to call to fix it .Handle broken on the window and lever missing from bathroom tap .there is probably 300+ Units in this block and only 8 chairs by the pool

not clean and limited of facilities, the kitchen kits doesn’t work (electric stove)

Location is good

Hard bed, Rooftop pool closed out of service worn down room

The apartment was on the 16th floor, quite location. Housekeeping was helpfull, wifi worked well. Bed was comfy.

Kitchenware should be renewed. Note, that currently /late August/ the rooftop pool is closed due the storm in June this year. More light in the bathroom would be fine, but it is common "problem" in the Base Condo. You can't shave properly because the poor light in the Bathroom.
