Spacious, clean, had everything we needed!

Downstairs bathroom, but that was a minor inconvenience

Booked for our wedding accommodation to get ready and stay the night. Was just want we needed and a good location & distance to our venue. Communication from the owner was great and instructions to use the heating and key box were good.

Think this property also allows booking with dogs, this wasn’t a problem however there were quite a few dog hairs still around the property.

Clean, comfortable and cosy cottage. Quiet area. Perfect for a 3 night or a 3 week stay, had everything we needed - iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc. Washing machine available which would be great for longer stays Good location, easy 10 minute walk to the Town Centre. One pub, serving food, very close. Lidl supermarket about a 5 minute walk. The owner responded well to contact.

Nothing really. The bathroom in the property is downstairs, which I am not personally keen on, but there is nothing that can be done about that.

Needs some tlc, particularly in the bathroom & garden. No pillow protectors, mouldy shower curtain and stained upholstery, poor cleaning standard. Left a day early as did not feel able to use unhygenic shower. Such a shame as its a lovely cottage and all could be easily put right.

Opposite a pub with vegan food and nice to have scrabble game in the house, very good shower.

Just one very bright light in the lounge, so it would be good to have a lamp or 2 and maybe more board games. The door lintel between lounge and kitchen was a bit low for my 6 ft partner. Took a while to find the start button for microwave, so instructions would be good. TV channels were hard to understand..

Location is perfectly central for long walks, beach visits and close to shops and pubs. House is lovely and beds comfy. Great home from home. Very clean and nicely decorated.Great enclosed back garden. Wanted to take the sofa home as it is so comfy. Straight forward check in with key ready for us. Lovely house and totally recommend.

The garden needs weeding as it’s looking unloved. Pans in the kitchen need replacing as the handles are really loose.Hanging rail in the bedroom is rickety and felt like it may collapse.could do with a gate on the front garden to stop the dog escaping.All little things that didn’t impact on our stay but need addressing.
