The location couldn’t be more perfect — just a short walk to the city centre, Diocletian’s Palace, and all the main attractions. The room was spotless, modern, and so comfortable. Mira, the host, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was incredibly warm and accommodating, and her hospitality really made my stay special. Even put in a single roll away bed for our 10 year old child with no extra cost. We loved the thoughtful touches — complimentary tea, coffee, milk, water, and even some snacks waiting for me when I arrived. It made me feel instantly welcome after a long journey. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Split who wants comfort, convenience, and a truly personal touch.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect – just a short and easy walk into the old town, which made exploring super convenient. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very comfortable, with great facilities including a coffee maker – a nice touch we really appreciated. Our host, Mira, was absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even accommodating a change in our check-in time when we were delayed. What truly impressed us was her kindness when I accidentally left my iPad behind – she took the time to post it all the way back to Australia! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble for her. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in a great location.

Well appointed room with lots of equipment. Bright nice room, convenient location and easy check in.

Bathroom - the toilet was electric and wasn't functioning properly. It needs to be fixed for guests comfort.

Quarto moderno, novo, completo e com vários “mimos” tipo chocolate, cafe, chás, nozes, bebidas tudo como cortesia. A gerente Mira foi muito atenciosa e nos explicou tudo com excelência e atenção. No centro de Split as opções de quartos são muito comuns e realmente superou a expectativa.

O barulho da rua incomodou um pouco. Esta rua parece ser passagem para os jovens que vão para as baladas de Split em alguns dias

La ubicación perfecta y la señora muy amable. Incluso nos lavó la ropa y se preocupó por recepcionar nuestro equipaje.

Hay demasiadas cosas en la habitación. Hay tantas en la habitación y en el baño que casi no hay sitio para poner el propio equipaje. Por otro lado, el edificio no tiene ascensor y nosotros llevábamos bastantes maletas y un bebé con carrito.

Great location, quiet, lots of useful amenities. Great hostess.
