GBNice local neighbourhood, away from the busy tourist area. Comfortable rooms and nice new bathrooms with a sweet family living below.
Hard to find because of poor signs, felt a little un cared for with dirty fridge with leftovers, lots of ants in the kitchen that we had to deal with ourselves. And most of all being asked multiple times to pay upfront but the person managing the property. Which ended up in hassling us after a long day at the beach and just stepping inside the door to be driven to the cash point to withdraw money. Just not what you expect from your usual relaxed Sri Lankan homestay. Could be really nice but needs some care and the price could be a little bit lower for the service provided.
