Niets — ik heb nooit kunnen inchecken.

Dit verblijf was ronduit teleurstellend. Ik had ruim van tevoren geboekt en meerdere keren contact gezocht over vroeg inchecken — via Booking.com én via WhatsApp — maar er werd totaal niet gereageerd. Op de dag van aankomst heb ik meerdere keren gebeld, berichten gestuurd en zelfs aan de deur gestaan, maar niemand deed open. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik één bericht dat ik 40 minuten moest wachten, waarna er opnieuw complete stilte volgde. Na een busreis van acht uur heb ik drie uur voor de deur gestaan, zonder enige communicatie of hulp. Zelfs Booking.com kon de eigenaar niet bereiken. Dat zegt genoeg over hoe dit verblijf met gasten omgaat.

Gemütliche Zimmer, coole Dachterrasse mit kleiner Außenküche.

Bettlaken hat komisch gerochen, wurde aber vom sehr netten Personal sofort ausgetauscht. Badezimmer etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend.
