The sofa bed, when in use, doesn't leave much space

The apartment is very clean, the location is great and the staff is really sweet and answered me all the times I have sent her a message. The air conditioning it is a but different than what I am used too, but it worked. I was not aware it was at ground level and first I've got a bit worried, but it worked just fine. I had a perfect stay in Monopoli.

The air conditioning was a bit weird, sometime it worked sometimes it does not.

Beautiful, well-appointed, accessible apartment in heart of Monopopi, plus near the train station with an attentive and caring host. Highly recommend.

No washing machine but we didn't mind as it was the last leg of our trip.

The apartment is beautiful, very new and tastefully decorated. My mother and me felt extremely comfortable the 2 nights we spent there. The owner is aware with all details so you don't miss anything to feel yourself at home.

I can't find any negative point. To say something, maybe the check out is too early for guests which are basically on vacation. In our case it didn't affect us because We were catching a morning train back to Bari, though.

Difficult communication in English and an uncooperative owner. In a blunt way I was demanded to send a photo of my passport to some WhatsApp account, which made me uncomfortable. I tried to call for reassurance, but call was declined. I ended up paying without given a checkin code.. never there was a slight attempt to solve the issue.

Great location and very accommodating and attentive host! Apartment was small but very clean, comfortable and well equipped!! I will be staying here again!

The apartment is at a great location, just few mins by walk from the city center. It was super clean, neat and cozy. It provides everything what you need for a pleasant stay, kitchen is fully equipped. Host was super friendly, nice, quick to respond. Also gave us great tips where to eat and park our car. The cherry on top was basket with coffee and biscuit, really great place! I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay at Monopoli

Very clean and paid attention to details. Comfortable bed and the bathroom with tub was amazing. There were complimentary drinks and snacks that welcomed which was nice. I asked the host about some kitchen tools I wanted and she immediately brought me. Thank you. I enjoyed staying!

Located in city center, cozy apartament

floor must not have been sweeped, couldnt walk barefoot in the apartment- this is an easy fix though
