Eagle homely apartment

Excellent location we walked to everywhere although for less able people close to bus terminal and within walking distance of train station. Apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable everything you would need for short or long stay even had a washing machine which not every apartment has. Host kept us informed as to when we could check in as we arrived quite early.

The stairway up to the apartment in need of a coat of paint and probably be better without carpet on the stairway had a musty smell like wet dog.

Location, cleanliness, comfy beds

Lovely flat , really nice and clean. Everything is was good and we enjoyed . Will keep looking in future to book again the flat .

location wasnt very nice at all, i was almost on the verge of not going into the property. the flat it self was okay and had everything but very basic and not much room. the shower head is awful, the cooking utensils were not clean, filthy pans. pictures are misleading, everything is bright and presented nicely on there, wasnt like this when i got there

Lovely flat, everything was pristine, new and sparkling clean. Every facility you could want. Located in the middle of town. Very thoughtful host who went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfectly prepared for our stay and checked that we had everything we needed.

Our host was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was comfortable and just what we needed as a base.

The property was amazing, all facilities were included. The location is great near the town centre, slightly away form Kettering hospital and the railway station. there were kettle, microwave, gas hob, oven, laundry machine, iron, spoons, knifes, plates, dishes, glasses, heaters, wifi router, TV. Water power was fine. Windows can be opened fully for ventilation. the space was OK for one or two persons

The location is slightly misleading. the maps on booking shows the location here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/nrHx5QHwm9MdN9sT7 while it is actually few meters north here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ELT6unppECFw73XK6 There was no signs referring to the actual door of the property, it tool me 15 min to find it. However, the owner provided his number to call if I face any problem. There was no lift, however the property is in 1st floor. I struggled slightly to lift my heavy luggage. no car park included however, there is a nearby facility to park.
