The apartment has a gorgeous view over the see, parking space and it has good and functional appliances such as washing mashine, dishwasher, fridge etc

It was really hot (over 35 degrees inside) having both ac working. The beds are up and all the heat as well. In the bathroom which is tiny there is black mold and smells awful.We’ve booked 2 nights but we only stayed 1 and only because it was already late to leave somewhere else. The owner is trying to help but not in a real manner.

5 nights, end of Sep, beach in 10 min walk, restaurants in 5 min by car, apartment is very well equipped, terrace with table/chairs, 180 cm w comfortable bed, very good price in lower season.

House entrance door lock is hardly opened.

This is an excellent stay! Short walk to the beach, everything you could possibly need in the well equipped kitchen including coffee pods.

The only thing! We were SO hot! The aircon in the hall works well for the bedroom but the main living area got so hot (and this coming from Australians!) a little fan to move the cool air in from the hall would be perfect.

Големата бања, мирната и тивка околина, близината до плажата Бродарица и добрата конекција до градот Шибеник.... генерално се беше како на фотографиите и описот...нов, чист, удобен, убав и пријатен апартман....домаќините беа во комуникацијата за се што и да е потребно, Ви Благодариме на гостопримството 😀

Good location, free parking, helpful host

The apartment is very nicely furnished, the view from the terrace is beautiful, the bed is comfortable. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. The host is kind and helpful, the neighborhood is great, just a few minutes by car from the center of Solaris and the old town of Sibenik.

Getting around without a car is a bit difficult.
