"Well equipped, clean and modern and well situated for getting to the local area."

Clean, tidy and everything you need for a short break. We used the stay as an alternative to a hotel. Would definitely use again instead of hotel.

Due being close to the road and needing to have the windows open because of weather, it was noisy when there traffic was traffic. We stayed on a Saturday night and generally it was pretty quiet.

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Our host was kind, accommodating and friendly. We really loved the thoughtfulness of our hosts, they left us a bottle of milk, and we had all we needed for a great stay. This is the first place we've stayed where it's been so well equipped and looked after. We would definitely stay here again and again.

More spacious than I thought it would be for a converted double garage. Very modern, well equipped and clean. Beds were spacious.

What a lovely place to stay, plus it's only a 5min drive to Fontwell race course and the A27, plus it's approx 20mins drive to Goodwood

Lovely accommodation - nice and cosy and ear access to get to the sea and places like Chichester.

Not to be so close to main road but it wasn't really a problem.
