Anara Villa

Понравилось абсолютно все. Чисто, аккуратно, душ с туалетом идеально чистые. В комнате большая кровать и вторая кровать поменьше. В комнате с кондиционером есть холодильник, сушилка для полотенец, гель, шампунь, мыло для рук, крем для лица. Хорошие завтраки. Пляж в двух минутах, с черепахами.

Great hotel for the price. Situated on Thalpe ‘turtle’ beach, wake up early and you’ll be able to see some turtles. Rooms are basic but nice with very good AC and a nice restaurant upstairs.

The nearby beach, the location, the food , the hot water shower, the music on the upstairs terrace, the view from there and the helpful staff. Talpe is a great place with a great beach area which felt distinctly untouristy and was all the better for that. It is easy to get to many other places like Galle and the other beaches, by the many buses which pass nearby.

The ridge across the top of the stairs to the terrace. If somebody did not know it was there, I felt they could fall.

VARNING! Betala inte med kort här för då riskerar ni att råka ut för att debiteras dubbelt. Det hände mig och tyvärr såg jag det inte förrän efter jag lämnat boendet och även landet. C:a 850:- plus en avgift på 50:- som läggs på eftersom jag förlängde betalningstiden och trodde det skulle gå att få till en lösning när jag väl åkte dit igen. Kom dock tillbaka efter en månad och åkte dit för att reda ut det. Han var inte samarbetsvillig. Sa att det är min banks uppgift att ta bort det. Men det går inte eftersom det är registrerat vid två tillfällen och därför är som två köp. Då måste den som registrerat det annullera det ena. Han vägrade att chatta med mitt kreditkorts support. Sa att det inte var hans problem. Började skrika åt mig att försvinna därifrån. Så fruktansvärt otrevlig, inte minsta vilja att vara ärlig. Han struntade fullkomligt i att han hade blåst mig på pengar 😡 Allt detta skulle ha varit på - men då syns det inte direkt

Tout !!!, dormir pour la première fois depuis 15 jours dans des draps, tous les petits plus de la chambre, frigo, anti moustique, taille, deco, et la nourriture pas chère et très bien cuisinée par l’établissement

Un peu près de la bruyante route, mais la nuit heureusement ça ce calme.

Пляж с черепахами прямо за номером и еще недалеко от него. Номер тихий уютный,со своей терассой уютной. Мы рекомендовали этот отель всем кого знали для поездки на Шри ланку. Если приедем еще раз- обязятельно остановимся тут.

Был запах плесени от постельного белья

we stared to Sri Lanka from USA on July 1st and landed there on 3rd night due to long layover time in Singapore. Anara villa cancelled our appointment without our knowledge and talked very rudely. very bad.

on the day we stared to Anara villa, we called them from Kandy very early in the morning and even at that time they didn't mention the cancellation. we had a little accident in the highway and called them to say we gonna be late and then they told me the the villa and the room we booked given to someone else and talked very rudely, said" I don't have to talk to you, go and find somewhere else", This kind of talking is unacceptable in any customer service or any standard. I wish booking.com will take stern action on this issue and inform me the outcome. Otherwise I will NOT recommend booking.com to anyone else in USA.
