The apartment is spacious, with a sea view and close to Umhlanga and the airport.

The electricity kept getting cut off due it being a prepaid system, causing a disruption in our schedule.

The place is worth the money, and it is beautiful, clean and stylish. you don't need to worry about safety. Place is located between Umhlanga and Umdloti. I will come back at this place; it exceeded my expectations.

Host sends forms at 21:15 to print and fill up, on my last night preparing to drive in the early hours, I didn't have time to print that meant I can't check in without the forms, I was sent away at the gate to go and find where I can print. secondly, I asked early check in, and it was granted on arrival I was told the code for the lock box will be generated at 14:30, I had to leave and spent time on the beach, There was only one toilet roll in each toilet. There is no check list you only find later what is broken unlike when we had to fill up the check list and send it back to the host,

The pool area and view

We were treated like criminals, we were misled despite me asking if we were allowed visitors, upon arrival of my visitors they were harassed my the security, at that point advised that we were supposed to request visitors approval in advance - this was never communicated, rules can only be adhered to when if they are communicated. The security are only doing their jobs. My visitors are influential, respectful, decent and civilized citizens, possible investors, in fact one of the ladies is a very successful business women in KZN who was actually there to possibly invest in property there. Mr Maharaj threw them out in the middle of their meal, very uncouth. Appalling and pathetic behavior. We rum our own companies and know full well how to follow rules which are communicated in advance. Furthermore please inform Mr Maharaj that we paid for our accommodation it was not handed to us for free- this embarrassment doesn't sit well with me and I have every intention to take this matter further. The freezer drawers in the apartment were sooo frozen they couldn't open The one bathroom had no working light and despite advising the managing agents, and after they promised to replace it, 8 days later that didn't happen Some of the cupboards hinges are broken off - they don't care There's no broom, washing line, even toilet brushes were broken, we had to buy our own The beds were smelly and linen filthy.

The bathroom lock was faulty, my friend got stuck in side the toilet the key couldn't open anymore... she spent more than 8 hours inside the toilet. Horrifying experience 😢 💔. There was no broom, no dishwashing liquid and no bin packets. After we left the host claimed the pre existing burnt marks on the table were from us and threatened to report me to booking.com. she is rude and disrespectful

My second time booking this accommodation and it's always great,the beach view,pool,barbecue area.

No dishwashing cloth in the kitchen

The location , the interior , the coffee machine ! I absolutely loved the view , it was sooo stunning just everything.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have any brown sugar. The ironing board was broken , they didn’t give the key instructions the morning of the checkout . We were so confused whether to leave it in the box or give it to the guard , we gave it to the guard . But in the future say it in the instructions that the key must be put in the key holder😊.
