The location was great

Let’s say it is clean and cheap but nothing more. The house needs some serious works and doesn’t look good from the outside. If you are there to visit the island it’s perfect though

The owner is so nice and inside the property everything is clean and comfortable :)

The owner was really nice and helpful. He speaks a bit of English. We couldn't rent motorbike because one person can drive it but he asked his neighbor about rentals.

The house is without AC, just room.

The room is cosy. The staff was very helpful and gave very good suggestion to enjoy the sea. The cost/performance of bicycle and snorklinf set is high. Highly recommend for the people who love sea.

If you are looking to be pampered in luxury and super-comfort this is not the place for you. This is the place for travelers who enjoy a budget, informal, friendly and efficient accommodation that allows to share and connect with other like-minded travelers and locals and offers a glimpse of everyday life in Miyakojima. This is like spending some time at your aunt's place in the countryside. My family and I liked everything of this place, the countryside location, the spectacular stars at night, the silence, the communal style of the place, the quirky decor, the great tips from the owners, the possibility to rent snorkel equipment and a cheap car on site. I am sure in Miyako there are plenty of "nicer" places, but I would be back here anytime.
