House keeping rude the stairs to reach the flat scary

Perfect location; beautiful light all day; comfortable bed; spacious; clean. Very easy check in/check out process. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if the internet worked throughout the apartment and not only in the living room with a very spotty signal.

Great location in the piazza

The location was amazing - right on the harbourside with a large opening window view from which we could watch the locals ready their charter boats and watch the superyachts come and go. Restaurants and cafes at the base of our stairs, but no noise once we closed the laminated windows.

The parking was a spoiler, in the only parking garage - very tight underground and 88Euro for 4 days! The stairs up to the apartment are treacherous, but we accept that when we travel Europe. The bed wasn't the best but that's a personal thing - someone else might love it.

This is a very comfortable apartment overlooking the harbour in Portofino. You can't get any closer to the action than this!

An experience to remember. The whole city was booked by a Uber rich Indian couple for their wedding celebration. All night the crew built a stage for the concert where Andrea Bocelli performed. The place is so central, that you open up the window and voilá ! The whole Portofino is in the palm of your hand! The locals are courteous and vivacious. Would absolutely love to return!

Loved the property

Great sized property in a fabulous location right at the shore. Lovely sized rooms and the facilities were good too.

All felt a bit tired. Beside cabinets were scuffed, floor tiles were loose, under sink door cabinet loose, no beside lights etc. It was clear this was a company running this apartment rather than a private host. Apartment felt less cared for than the other 5 properties we stayed in on our Italy trip. Communications were colder and there seem to be a fixation on emptying the buckets or they would charge £50!!! Not the best way before you started you vacation!

The view was amazing. Location was perfect. A very large apartment.

Nothing. The stairs to the apartment is a bit steep but as it is the first floor, it’s manageable. The hair dryer was out of order.
