La posizione vicino all' Unipol arena

Non era pulitissimo

La ubicación a 100 metros de la parada de tren y 50 m de la de bus. Bien comunicado con Bolonia. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Los colchones eran grandes y cómodos. Tenían galletas con agua y café.

I rented this apartment for one night mainly because of the location, close to Unipol Arena. As soon as we arrived, it was obvious the place hadn’t been properly cleaned — dust everywhere and a dirty bathroom. Since it was just one night, I decided to ignore it. The real problem came when we went to bed. The sheets had clearly not been washed — there were visible stains and hairs. Because the bed looked nicely made, we didn’t think to check earlier. Finding this out after 1am left us with no choice but to sleep in dirty sheets. I reported the issue immediately. The owner first said a refund would be given, then changed their mind once the issue was reported through Booking. After we left the apartment, the owner completely stopped responding — no replies to Booking messages, no contact at all. Charging 98€ per night and providing dirty bedding is absolutely unacceptable. This was a disgusting and stressful experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs!!

Camera accogliente curata nei dettagli e confortevole… abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e pulito le istruzioni per accedere erano chiare, l appartamento é a zola in centro ottima posizione comodo anche per i collegamenti e vicino all Unipol Arena e a tutti i centri commerciali. Ci tornerò sicuramente
