casa vacanze belvedere

we liked the location...property indoors was clean..owner responded when we had a problem with the shower..

property was advertised with a charming terrace attached where one could eat at an umbrellered table with a lovely view.. however the terrace was filled with bird poop which i tried to clean but must have been there for days because it would not move with a broom...so we were not able to use the terrace.

Sermoneta è un borgo incantevole e il soggiorno nella Casa Vacanza Belvedere è stato gradevolissimo. Esperienza da ripetere e da consigliare a chiunque, da visitare i magnifici Giardini di Ninfa.

Splendida struttura nel centro storico di Sermoneta. Bravissime le signore che gestiscono questa location. Numerosi ottimi ristoranti vicinissimi all’appartamento.

A great location, authentic and spacious apartment with a lovely view from a private terrace. Plenty of crockery and cooking facilities.

Small kitchen but adequate, teaspoons and salt and pepper would be a good addition.

Quirky, gorgeous small apartment in very pretty village - the terrace is a real bonus. The owners were incredible helpful and we loved very minute of our stay

The apartment was spotless and well appointed - everything we needed was available. We loved the view from the terrace. The smells from the lemon blossoms & the neighbors oranges were awesome, The recommended options for dining out in Sermoneta are good. We picked the Trattoria Ghost. It was an exceptionally good meal. The menu is limited, but great! If you do not select one of the papardelle options, you will miss out, and be adventurous with the main course. I had the goat and was not disappointed. The bottomline here is, if you are picky go have pizza,

Parking is a problem as one cannot park near the apartment and from the carparks it is all uphill. Plan ahead and pack light.
