"EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Mobile number switched off. Poor reception, Poor attitude of staff. Rooms not as per specified during booking. No signage to the location. Bathroom was disgusting.. No prior calls for confirmation. We reached at 4 pm and yet rooms not ready on arrival. The Lady at reception on our complaint told us that we were free to leave if we don't like the place. The man told us that the main owner was out of town and blamed him for this confusion.

"A real Indian experience"

The owner and his family are very welcoming and kind, they even made us food even if we arrived late in the evening. The hotel is located in the countryside but the owner arranged a Tuk Tuk from the train station to pick us up.
