Excellent location, near to a big mall. Neighborhood was very clean and have many shops around. Owner/Administrator communicated well and was friendly. Apartment well equipped.

The apartment itself is good however, it needs to be properly cleaned in critical areas. Bathrooms and kitchen were really dirty especially toilets seats and dishes.
