The relaxing hot tub terrace was super. Very unique building that was very well overhauled fo rthe purpose

The most impratnt and upsetting remaining issue is that from our stay in August, I still haven't been paid back the deposit! Collecting the key was OK, but the room in which we met the rep was so loud I striuggled to hear him.

Staff at key collection were lovely and so helpful. Liked the layout of the accommodation. Bedroom has no windows so was completely dark at night time. Nice to chill in.

Mirrors are too small in the bathrooms, no surfaces to put things on, no lighting at all in the bedroom around the mirror to get ready. Whole place needs treated for damp, and needs a proper clean and dust. Middle floor bathroom was very damp, needs resealing and the shower needs attaching to the wall properly. Bedroom mattress is incredibly uncomfortable, definitely needs replaced as we sunk right into the dips made into it. The hot tub wouldn't heat up past 32 degrees on the display, it was tepid at best, not enjoyable. Bathroom needs a proper extractor fan as does the kitchen. Generally no surfaces to put things on! Tv's are mounted too high up. Kitchen needs to be supplied with cleaning products like a cloth and spray at a minimum and scrubber to wash up dishes and a tea towel. Needs a dustpan and brush too. Whole place just needs cleaning properly and maintained better so ensure it doesn't leave people feeling grubby. Needs instructions for the kitchen tap, heating, hot tub. Sofa's need cleaning of stains properly. Kitchen needs sharp knife, chopping board, pots and pans - just needs some decent investment so you can actually cook there.

Very cool building and loved the roof terrace. Location was great to get to all the bars and restaurants.

The shower room stank of damp. There is a huge problem there. It made the whole downstairs smell. We did not use the shower for that reason. We all had one towel each and that was it. No hand towel in bathroom. There was no cups or glasses in the apartment despite advertising free coffee. We had to go to the bar next door to ask for some. Seems mad to provide a whole spice rack, but leave out the basics! There was no tea towel. Again, this is a basic requirement. The upstairs room only had one red light behind the bed. The downstairs one had a big light, no lamps which isn’t practical.
