Che dire... tutto perfetto... il titolare gentilissimo... la posizione ottima a due passi dal centro, la casa bella, spaziosa e con due finestroni che si affacciavano sul mare... fantastico....

Very convenient location, a few minutes from the main beach, cafes and restaurants, city centre; clean apartment with beautiful interior and incredible view of the sea; the property owner was always on contact and willing to help and answer any questions we might have. Totally recommend this place to anyone coming to Polignano a Mare!!!

Location and sea view

The balcony was the best feature but had so many bins on it and a broken chair - it was not an inviting place to sit. The view was amazing but the windows were very dirty. There were also no blinds in the living area. Toilet did not flush properly. No bottle of water or any gesture and for the price we paid you would expect this.

Host were amazing. We had major plumbing issues on a Sunday and they were attentive and fixed the problem.

Major plumbing issues. Cheaply renovated. Too cramped for a family of 5. Mould on the grout in bathroom. There was an iron, but no ironing board.

The view and the location was lovely

Very basic accommodation, no welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. There was a socket hanging off the wall in one of the bedrooms, which was dangerous, I reported it to the owner, who said he would fix it but wasn't fixed during our stay. Be careful if you are on the balcony and you close the patio door as it locks from the inside and you can't get back in.

It was a beautiful view with a great balcony. It was clean and close to both the main beach and main square and a short walk to the main restaurant area which was perfect for us. Our host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for activities and restaurants. The pictures of rooms etc… are very accurate.

We did have a small problem with the air conditioner reservoir filling up but the host was responsive and it was easy to empty. The second bedroom does not have a closet but we were traveling with family so it was easy to find space for suitcases outside the room

Me and my family really loved our stay here! The apartment has a stunning view, a very complete kitchen and good beds. The location was perfect, and it was very easy to find parking spots nearby. The host was very attentive and would always answer quickly. Check in was also very easy and straightforward.
