Excellent location, only a few minutes walk from the historic Piazza Maggiore. Excellent cafe nearby for breakfast, and plenty of places to buy pastries etc. if you prefer to eat in the apartment. Lovely balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard. Overall a very quiet apartment....no traffic noise. Very modern, and comfortable. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine......everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, has a balcony with an interior garden- quiet and peaceful, clean, very good communication with the owner, would recommend.

The matress and the pillows were not exactly to .my liking but that s a matter of personal taste.

Great location! Everything is thought of regarding the accommodation- practically you have everything you need. What impressed me was the high standards of hygiene and the fascinating design of the apartment. We really enjoyed our morning cup of coffee on the small balcony facing an inside garden, full of flowers and plants.

We liked everything about the apartment.

So modern, clean and comfortable. High tech and everything new and well kept. A great location, great facilities, a lovely balcony and a quiet building and street. I couldn’t rate this apartment high enough.

nothing important. of course, the parking in the center has its own rules. but not a problem - payed parking 3 mins walking.

The room and the location are fantastic. This is one of those cases were reality surpassed expectations. The room has everything you may need. Absolutely wonderful attention to details and the host was very helpful and prompt in responses. You will be hard pressed to find a better location in Bologna. It is close to the historic center, the central station and close to great cafes/restaurants.

Modern, Well equipped, conveniently located. Had a lovely balcony. We felt safe.

Not fully Sound proof between apartments. We could hear neighbours entering and leaving the building.
