Although small, everything you needed was here.

Bit too far to walk into town for me.

"Really enjoyed our stay there, and Llandudno for that matter. If we ever go down again, we would definitely consider sta"

It was a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and all the shops. I didn’t have to worry about parking, as the space was bang outside the property, and on that subject, if you head to the property via the bottom of Harcourt Road, the side street is fairly tight to manoeuvre if you have a larger car, I have a Ford Focus and I had zero issues manoeuvring in or out. But I could see it being a potential issue with something much bigger, that being said, if you access the property via Balfour Road and Hinton Mews, you can just reverse all the way down to the property, it’s a wide, straight alley and park that way. It was clean, really nicely decorated, big telly, a comfy sofa in the living area, and the bed was very comfortable too. The shower was excellent, nice and big and plenty powerful enough. We didn’t see the owners, but we arrived a little bit early in the first place and we were pretty much straight out on arrival day to make the most of the weather and Llandudno, it was only later in the evenings we were actually in the property, so I can’t fault them for that, but they responded well to messages through booking.com and there was a phone number on the keys to ring/text should we needed to, so I have no problems there.

The WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but realistically, it’s far from a deal breaker, and it didn’t bother us in the slightest, but maybe worth mentioning. Ventilation. The caveat to this is we stayed during a heatwave (July 11th-13th), during the day it’s not so much a problem because there are 2 big French doors we had open, along with a very small window on the back of the property, so it was manageable, however at night, realistically you can’t leave the doors open over night, that being said, there was a large tower fan which we situated next to the bed and raised it off the floor slightly and had it on full blast overnight so we just about managed. Obviously incredibly hot weather is hardly the owners fault’s, and there are ways and means to make it a bit more comfortable, so, it wouldn’t be fair to detract from the property. But as the above point, it’s something worth mentioning. There’s a door next to the bed with 2 deadbolts in it that is attached to the conservatory of the main house, which was a bit confusing at first, we weren’t sure if it was part of the room we were staying in or not, but, upon trying the door, it was obvious it wasn’t, but the aforementioned deadbolts on the door from the property side, made it feel safe and we didn’t feel uneasy or anything like that, it was just a bit random.

"Very disappointing"

6.0

Location was good, easy walk into Llandudno to all amenities. Quiet location

First impression of accommodation was disappointing, entrance looked uncared for with dirt and leaf litter on the steps. Bathroom floor was dirty with dust and spiders web behind basin pedestal. Several cobwebs on ceiling above the bed. The outside seating area had a heap of rubble on the grass. This was a shock as previous reviews had remarked on how clean and presentable the accommodation was. We were informed about recycling which is good, but all the small bins were nearly full, we used other means to recycle. Towels provided were of poor quality especially the hand towel, we did not use this. Sofa was far to big for an apartment that can only sleep two persons, it was also quite old and uncomfortable.

"Disappointing"

4.0

Not a lot

It was a converted garage, down a rear alley way that was quite run down. The outside seating area was 2 chairs between dead potted trees.with fallen masonry, and looking at the rear of a rundown house. We could not sit with the doors open in the evening because somebody near bye like to smoke something pungent! The converted garage was somewhat grubby!. The towels were hard and smelt a bit sour like they had been dried inside. All in all spoilt our holiday!
