It is located in the city center and the owner was very helpful during the pre check in and check in process.

The kitchen doesn’t work (I bought burgers and had to throw them away), all the cleaning materials are in the bathroom and the kitchen instead of being put away, the bath courtain is not properly laid out and all the bathroom gets wet and slippery plus the shower height is for a 1.7 meters height person, the tv is a 20 years old computer screen, the door in the main lobby of the building doesn’t lock because it’s broken - not sure about safety. Perhaps it is a good place for tourists but not if you travel for business.

The location was great and very central. It was a clean and facilities to cook if needed. Alessandra was a very good host. She gave good recommendations on what to do and where to eat.

The cosy apartment is close to the city center, 11 minutes walk. Cafeterias , bakeries, excellent pizzeria nearby. Alessandra was very helpful and friendly in every way, e.g. booking a taxi to the airport for us. There’s everything you need in the flat!

No fire escape plan or obvious alternative way out from 4 floors up.

The place is very cosy, arranged with true care for guests, including even hygienic items in the bathroom! Alessandra (the host) takes also a lot of care after guests personally, sharing great tips for visitting Bologna and helping with non-standard engagement in any problem or question. She speaks perfect English!
