We liked the living room, which has a big TV and three couches which are very comfortable. There is a parking in front of the house on the street, right next to the entrance. We were able to check-in earlier. The AC works great. We didn't have a problem getting the deposit back. The many cats in the yard were great.

The villa could definitely use a lot of improvements and be better managed. When we arrived, we immediately noticed that the kitchen utensils, pans and pots were not really clean. The host said it is due to the early check-in but I don't believe that. The pans are all damaged (scratched teflon) and should be replaced. There were only serrated knifes, but the host gave us a meat knife we could actually use. There are ants that get in the kitchen all the time, so if you leave any food outside you will quickly be overrun by ants. Makes it difficult if you are with your pet and need to leave food out. Bed sheets with rust stains in one of the bedrooms. Should be replaced immediately. We couldn't lock one of the doors to the yard the first night, the host came and fixed it the next day. The booking for the villa included a bottle of wine, which we never got. There was also breakfast included, which we also didn't get. There is no game console either. The swimming pool was very dirty, full of dead insects and a lot of dirt on the floor of the pool. We asked the host to clean it, but he didn't really do a good job of it. When we arrived, the host said that he will come and clean the pool every few days which didn't happen. We complained a few times about it. We actually didn't get to use the pool in our stay due to this. The outside area could have been amazing if it was clean and there wasn't an ant infestation.
