Apartman je izuzetan, ima sve neophodno cak i za duzi boravak. Nalazi se na blagom uzvisenju tako da je boravak tokom leta izuzetno prijatan zbog malo nize temperature nego u centru. Nalazi se blizu setalista i jezera.
