Personale gentilissimo, buona posizione a 10 min a piedi dal centro e comodo per l’automobile. Cibo alla carta molto buono anche se prezzo un po’ sopra la media. Camera molto bella e pulita, dotata di ogni comfort.

La colazione era buona ma non incredibile: vasta scelta di salato (alcune cose più buone, altre meno), poca scelta per il dolce. Inoltre sarebbe stato bello se di giorno in giorno avessero variato. Io che faccio colazione dolce potevo scegliere solo tra pancake, cornettini e una torta (sempre la stessa ogni giorno), quindi mangiavo decisamente poco. Inoltre bella la spa, ma non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina perché era sui 26º e dunque non molto calda. Sarebbe stato bello rilassarsi in una piscina calda e confortevole, magari anche con zona idromassaggio. Confidiamo possano migliorare!

I liked the friendly attitude of the staff. They made me feel welcome and responded to all my request. Big thank you to Hikmet who not only arranged a fantastic tour but also got us a discount. He offered to upgrade my room when told him that sofa bed was not so comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay. Every member of staff greeted us and helped us (when needed). They were happy and smiley people. The hotel was beautiful.The breakfast, dining and bars were all really delicious with lits of choices and The Spa staff and services were also lovely. We could not fault a thing.

Fantástico hotel y servicio. Agradables muy correctos y flexibles en todo momento. Tuve un percance personal y siempre tuvieron disposición de ayudar. Habitación enorme, limpia y acogedora. Apetecible para quedarse tiempo en el hotel. He visto críticas sobre el nivel de su desayuno…no lo entiendo, no sé a qué están acostumbrados las personas que critican la variedad y calidad del desayuno. No creo que pueda ser mejor calidad precio. Volvería y lo recomiendo.
