Unfortunately, our experience at Gecko on Saturday was disappointing. Despite informing them of our arrival time, we were left waiting outside the gate for 30 minutes. When we finally gained access, we were greeted with another issue - none of the plugs were working, making it impossible to charge our phones. It felt like the only priority was getting money upfront, rather than ensuring a comfortable stay for guests. Considering the issues we faced, I wouldn't recommend Gecko without significant improvements in their customer service and facilities.

How clean the units were. Friendly and helpful staff. The host, Mandi, was absolutely phenomenal in directing us and remaining patience with us.
