The host messaged me within 5 minutes of making the booking and it speaks of her efficiency. She sent me ALL the information I needed to know before I could even think about it, even informing me that the curtain rail fell with the previous guest and due to the weather it could not be fixed, and OFFERED an alternative room if I was not comfortable. I don't think I have ever experienced a host so meticulous and attentive as this one. I have not met her, but oh Hellen is the best. When we parked outside to get the keys, the aunty who cleans came to also inform us that if we are not comfortable we should shout. THE BEST.
