최근 리모델링한듯한 깨끗하고 넓은 숙소 입니다. 식당과 거실(겸 침실)에서 보이는 뷰가 아주 아름답습니다. 주변 명소와 가깝고 대중교통도 편한것 같습니다.(우리는 렌트카) 주차비가 비싼 브레사노네에서 무료 주차장 제공도 장점입니다. 큰 주방이 있어 편하게 식사를 만들어 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 호스트와의 소통은 매우 원할하여 문의사항에 대해 친절하고 빠르게 응답해 주십니다.

하필 엘리베이터가 고장나 오르내리기가 어려웠습니다 침실에 창문이 없어 8월 한여름에는 선풍기만으로는 더울 수 있습니다. 거실방은 창문을 열어놓고 자니 전혀 덥지 않더군요.

Appartement très propre , spacieux et avec des équipements haut de gamme. Présence d un garage a proximité très pratique car l appartement est en zone piétonne. Très agréable petite ville. Le Logement donne droit à la brixen card avec beaucoup d avantages notamment l entrée gratuite à la très belle piscine de la ville. C est un super plus.

Pas possible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes car il y a des resto en bas avec livraison le matin mais les fenêtres sont de super qualité et il y a des ventilateurs bien appréciables pendant cette canicule. Un système d étendage serait nécessaire car actuellement tres compliqué de faire sécher 4 serviettes et maillots de bains.

L'appartamento è ben curato e organizzato. Situato in pieno centro storico offre la possibilità di parcheggiare in box privato ai bordi della zona pedonale. Vicinissimo a negozi e locali, risulta comodo sia per visitare la città sia come base per escursioni nei dintorni. Susanne è stata molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha concesso sia un check in anticipato che un check out ritardato. Torneremo!

The flat is very spacious, it has a gorgeous view, you can see the church and the mountains across the street. In addition, it is very well located, and in the center of the town, there are restaurants and supermarkets downstairs, and it is very easy to get to, it is just a two-minute walk down the stairs to the bus stop, and you can get to a lot of attractions straight away. Susan is warm and considerate, prepared snacks and water for us, and provided us with a lot of help, thank her very much for leaving us with wonderful memories in Bressanone, and if we come back to Dolomiti in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in the center of town, large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, everything seemed new and the support from the owner was excellent (including general advice about the city)…

Honestly nothing of any importance (if pressed I’d say the light above the dining table is a bit funky)

Felt safe, great lock on the door. Private elevator. Good location. Nice to have space. Modern and clean bathroom. Would stay again, but not in summer. Agree with another comment that a microwave would be handy. Also a washing machine to encourage longer stays.

We were there in the heat of summer. The apartment was extremely hot. No fan, no air con. Windows at night provided little relief to the apartment.

Property in central Bressanone, convenient to train and bus station. Shopping and many restaurants nearby! Elevator from ground level to apartment. Spacious and bright bathroom, everything modern and updated.

A small microwave would have been convenient.
