Just in front of the ferry terminal bus terminal etc. So convenient!! The front staff are very kind and helpful. Will stay again next year.

The inhouse onsen. For the rest every thing was OK

I was a bit surprised by the price for the dinner. A beer and a baked octopus salad (a small one) was more expensive then I expected. May be an english language menu will help. Not every one can read japanese fully and understand what is meant.

This hotel is not modern but it's' very nice. If you visit Tonosho it's a good place to stay. Staff are extremely kind and caring, It's clean and very close to the port. (2 minute walk) If you have a seaside room the view is lovely. It has a nice traditional bathhouse.

My only real suggestion is give non Japanese a step-by step paper in how to use the bathhouse! (I couldn't figure out how to tie my bathrobe!

Convenient location for boats and buses. The staff were kind enough to let me use the laundry facilities for free and were very useful in answering questions about local places to visit.

the location was easy to find as you just get off of the ferry, but there isn’t many food options close by so you will have to walk or take a taxi to dinner if you don’t want to eat dinner at the hotel.

The hotel did not participate in any tourism campaigns and give out any coupons for the prefecture like the other hotels was doing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient for using local buses to explore the island. Super easy access to ferry. The onsen is fantastic after a day of hiking.
