Maybe the toilet is a bit small but it is ok for couple of days.

Charming fisherman’s house in Klima. A must try when visiting Milos island, very romantic and unique experience. Although simply equipped the house has what it needs (see improvement ideas below), it is perfectly located in a quiet part of the village, you can swim directly from the terrace, we loved it.

People should be warned that: the road down to Klima is extremely narrow, that they will need to carry their luggage from the parking to the house in the sand and rocks (no way to roll). I would strongly advise the property manager to buy a wheelbarrow as I have seen other owners do it and it worked. I would also have liked to find some basic kitchen knives, and other equipment as having lunches and dinners on the terrace is really nice.

Amazing location!! In the heart of Klima beach aka the fishing village. Sounds of water lapping at the door...even up to the kitchen floor during high tide and gorgeous sunsets. Great service from Dimetrios, who even carried out 20kg luggage across pebbled rocks. Watch tourist boats float by as you watch them from your waterfront view deckchair. Make sure to bring some supplies/food if you don't have easy access to and from the town as it's a 20min uphill walk and in the peak of summer it only gets hotter.

This place requires research and effort. It's not an easy trek into Klima so be prepared to work a little. We rented a car but in hindsight an RTV would've been better. Roads are tiny getting in. The bathroom is really small..think Japanese squatting cubical small. The kitchen could be better serviced with some basics like olive oil, salt and pepper, maybe even a knife? Overall this was an amazing stay well worth the effort but maybe too pricey for what you get... however it's an average 300 euro per night next door.

The location is amazing. The accomodation was beyond our expectations.
