Location is the best, no breakfast

The local area with lots of good food and conveniece stores. Enough space for group from 6-8 people

Inconvience: - Difficult to find wifi during first 2 days - No black-out curtains, the rooms are too bright in the mornings - Dirts on sofa pillows - Only 1 toilet

the area was just enough space for the 3 of us with another extra room, the house was cozy and was situated near hongik station and hongdae !

Great location

located along a quiet street abt 5 mins away from hongsik uni station and many eateries, cafes and gs25, cu shops. property was well heated and hot water with strong pressure greatly welcomed during thick of winter

basement floor, too small for 6 pax to share single toilet.

It was so dirty; (the cleaning lady at the property said that it was due to Chinese guests stayed at the property) Anyway, it was so dirty and more than three boxes of 100L trash was JUST in front of the door.

Check in time: we arrived later than Check in time. However, we could not check in as the cleaning was cleaning the room as it was so messy. we should have wandered the surrounded area, as the cleaning lady asked us “please give me 10 minutes”. Frankly speaking, we were staying outside for the cleaning more than 10 minutes for her.

- easy to check in, thru code on door - nice hosts, fast responses - great location - water pressure - washer and dryer

- small towels - water leaking from bathroom and sink was clogged - noise from neighbors - there are multiple apartments, the pictures in the ad didn't match with ours, but it was okay. - don't reccomend it for more than 4 people, but for 3 people it was fine
