Moher Lodge

Our hostess, Teresa, was exceptional and the location is the best you'll find if you want to be close to the Cliffs of Moher. The garden strip outside our room was beautifully landscaped and the scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen is well-stocked with dinnerware and a variety of pans, and a fridge and oven - all of the stuff you need if you want to whip up a quick meal. There's also a cozy little daybed/lounge tucked near the front window so you can see some of that beautiful scenery. One more cherry on top; there's a very friendly white horse right across the road who may come up to his side of the fence to greet you when you unload your car. (It's the little things, folks.)

We don't have any complaints but it may be worth noting that the spiral staircase to the bedroom area, while gorgeous, may not be accessible for some seniors or folks who have a physical impairment or trouble with steps.

Loved the property, location, and friendly hosts! The window seat and picture window was the best reading spot, and the modern shower and bathroom was lovely.

Not sure if there is an outlet in or near the bathroom to use the hairdryer with a mirror. (We didn’t find one, but perhaps there is?)

Really nice place, with wonderfull view. Very clean, comfortable, decorated with good taste. In the fridge there was small surprise waiting for us.

We had an exceptional stay at Moher lodge. It is a brand new maisonette type place, clearly built to the highest standard. My favourite bit was the window seating which overlooks the beautiful scenery. Photos really don't do it justice. The coffee machine and coffee provided, milk and snacks were a really nice touch (and very welcomed)! The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was absolutely spotless. It's really ideal if the weather is not so great and you need to stay in! It's also in a great location (use the map on booking rather than google though!) - we ended up walking on the cliffs of Moher all the way to Doolin for dinner. Lovely hosts, great communication and probably one of the best places we've stayed at!

Honestly there is nothing we didn't like, we can't fault it.

Fabulous location and friendly helpful owner

Amazing place, gorgeous view all around and 15 minute walk to the cliffs the back way which is a lot less busier than the main entrance and very cheap! The host is so kind and was happy to help with anything we needed! The house is right off the main road between bus stops of Liscannor and the Cliffs of Moher stop. 13 minute drive to Doolin. Walking through the Irish countryside each day was a dream! Place was very clean, new and nice and the perfect size! Already dreaming of coming back!

I only wish that we would have stayed longer! :)

Everything! Very clean, comfortable and practical. The bay window was so calming and peaceful, we spent hours just staring outside admiring nature at its best. The hosts were incredible, very friendly and professional. Will definitely book again!
