An ideal location in the heart of Ferrel. Within easy reach are bars, restaurants, cafes, shops, and a market. The proximity to beaches and surf schools is an additional advantage. I rate contact with the rental agency as excellent - 11/10.

Unfortunately, the house had a very strong musty smell. After a longer stay (+15 days), the smell transferred to all clothes hanging in the wardrobes. The musty smell was also very strong in the kitchen cabinets. In my opinion, the house should be thoroughly cleaned – some of the cabinets were sticky inside. The garden furniture – a table, 2 chairs, an umbrella, and a rusty stand, along with the grill appliances – were very worn and dirty (we bought our own). Upstairs, the house was superficially cleaned – there was some dust. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of a very popular bar with a large patio (a great place), from which, unfortunately, you can hear noise and often loud music. The bar closes around 2:00 AM, and often many loud people leaving parties mill around the house. I do not recommend this place for a longer stay during the holiday season, as sleeping without earplugs is practically impossible. However, this probably also depends on individual preferences – if someone is looking for a place with direct access to a bar and doesn't go to sleep before 1 or 2 AM, then they can certainly benefit more from such a neighborhood.

Leuke locatie met alles (restaurants, supermarkt, bars) in de buurt. Niet ver vh strand en vriendelijke mensen. Heel fijn vakantiehuis
